Part one: eLearning available from Monday 22 January, to be completed before the workshop. Once you have completed the eLearning (part one), you will receive the zoom link to the workshop (part two).

Blended Learning Details

This course will teach staff working as buddies to provide an excellent induction to new care and support staff, improving the experience of the person receiving services and reflect NDIS Quality Standards.

Great for workers needing flexibility with their training. 

Part one: elearning 

  • Access given ten days before the workshop, and up to the day before the workshop
  • You must achieve 100% to do the workshop
  • Watch the short videos and answer the quizzes
  • On successful completion, download the handout for the workshop - and save the Zoom link

Part two: Workshop, Wednesday 31 January 2023, 11am - 21pm AEDT (Please check your time-zone as you'll have to manually adjust the time)

  • The live online workshop will help transform the knowledge gained from part one into useable skills

Cost, exclusive of GST

NDP Members and Staff from an NDS Member organisation: $140 per person

Staff from a non-Member organisation: $210 per person

Please note tickets are not to be shared - one ticket per attendee. This workshop is limited to 20 participants.

Summary

Please note tickets are not to be shared. When participating in online workshops we recommend one device per ticket. 

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations should be made in writing to NDS to learnanddevelop@nds.org.au. Full refunds will be paid up until two weeks prior to the event.  If you are unable to attend, substitute delegates from the same organisation are welcome.  Please advise us of any cancellations or transfers in writing to learnanddevelop@nds.org.au
