How do I register and how much does it cost? 
For individual or group registrations, follow the prompts under the Register tab of this website.

National Disability Services accept payments by Visa and MasterCard Only.

* Early Bird rate applies to registrations and payments received by Friday, 11 September.

** Group rate is per person and applies to 5 or more delegates attending the conference from the same NDS & WI member / organisational associate, booked collectively. Members cannot be added to the group booking after the initial booking has been made. If minimum requirements are not met for the group rate, you will be notified and an additional invoice will be issued for the difference between the full registration and the group rate.


How do I access the event? 
To login on the day (or during the 30-day on demand period), simply visit  https://nds.vfairs.com and enter your registered email address. Your login details are also listed in your registration confirmation email. 

Do I need to download or install an app to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet. You can do this via a computer, laptop, tablet or your mobile phone.

Is the virtual platform accessible?

The following accessibility features are included:

  • Auslan sign language interpreters only
  • Captioning of all speaker presentations in English (on-demand presentations only)
  • Ability to increase or decrease font size
  • Screen reader compatible (except in networking and Q&A chat boxes)
  • Colour contrast mode

If required, international delegates must arrange their own language interpreters (other than English) or sign language interpreters (other than Auslan). Cost to be borne by delegates.


What happens if I miss a presentation, can I watch it later?
All presentations and online resources will be available on demand for 30 days after the event date. 

Will I be able to take away any free resources or documents from the event?
Yes. Fill your virtual satchel with resources from the event and email them all to yourself at the end of the day. You can always come back for 30 days after the event to collect more resources. 

Whom do I contact if I have technical issues on the event day? 
If you have any problems on the live day, you are able to contact the Technical Support Team at our Technical Queries Desk or contact the NDS team direct at events@nds.org.au.
