How do I register and how much does it cost?

NDS Member/ Organisational Associate                                                              $ 89
NDS Member/ Organisational Associate Group Rate (5 or more registrations)   $ 80
NDS Industry Supporter                                                                                        $ 99
Non member                                                                                                         $ 149

*Group rate is per person and applies to 5 or more delegates attending the event from the same NDS / Organisational associate organisation, booked collectively. Members cannot be added to the group booking after the initial booking has been made. If minimum requirements are not met for the group rate, you will be notified and an additional invoice will be issued for the difference between the full registration and the group rate.


How do I access the event? 
To login on the day (or during the 30-day on demand period), simply visit  https://ndsevents.vfairs.com and enter your registered email address. Your login details are also listed in your registration confirmation email. 

Do I need to download or install an app to be able to attend this event?
No. You do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have access to the internet. You can do this via a computer, laptop, tablet or your mobile phone.

Is the virtual platform accessible?
The following accessibility features are included:
  • Captioning of all speaker presentations (on demand presentations only)
  • Ability to increase or decrease font size
  • Screen reader compatible (except in networking and Q&A chat boxes)
  • Colour contrast mode 
  • Auslan interpreters

What happens if I miss a presentation, can I watch it later?
All presentations and online resources will be available on demand for 30 days after the event date. 

Will I be able to take away any free resources or documents from the event?
Yes. Fill your satchel with resources from the event and email them all to yourself at the end of the day. You can always come back for 30 days after the event to collect more resources. 

Whom do I contact if I have technical issues on the event day? 
If you have any problems on the live day, you are able to contact the Technical Support Team at our Technical Queries Desk or contact the NDS team direct at confs@nds.org.au.

How do I cancel my registration?
Any cancellations should be made in writing to NDS. Full refunds will be paid up until two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be made after Wednesday 12 August 2020. If you are unable to attend, substitute delegates from the same organisation are welcome.  Please advise us of any cancellations or transfers in writing to confs@nds.org.au.
