Where is the cocktail function being held?
5.00pm Crown Ballroom 3A
The conference cocktail function, your nametag will be marked with a cocktail icon. If you would like to purchase a ticket please see staff at the registration desk.
Where can I park?
Parking: There is a range of free, paid, undercover and open car parks at Crown.
Taxi Rank: The taxi rank at the Crown is located at the Riverside Entrance.
Public Transport: Train and bus services are also conveniently close, marked on the map below.
Where will refreshments and lunch breaks be?
Grand Ballroom 1
All refreshments and lunch breaks will be served in the exhibition area located in the foyer.
Buffets will include dietary requirements. If you have any other dietary requirements that are not available on the buffets, please notify the venue banquet staff.
Where will the sessions be held?
Plenary sessions will be held in:
Grand Ballroom 2
Concurrent sessions will be held in:
Crown Ballroom 3B, Crown Ballroom 3A and Grand Ballroom 2
Will there be WiFi at the venue?
All delegates are welcome to use the complimentary conference WiFi which is suitable for accessing emails and general web browsing.To use:
1. Enable Wi-Fi and select “Crown-Public-Access”.
2. Enter the user base code ‘NDSWA2019’ and tick “accept terms & conditions”.
Where are the restrooms located?
Toilets, including accessible, are located to the right hand side once you exit Grand Ballroom 2.Will I have access to the speakers slides post-conference?
Speaker presentations subject to speaker approval will be emailed out to delegates post-event.
